椰蓉包

又整椰蓉包
自從我第一次整過喱款包
久不久又要整下
因為香噴噴人人都鍾意食呀
原來喱個份量我整十個架
今次整左八個

      我係用兩個麵糰拉長拍扁,加入餡料捲起,中間切開成兩個。

    1. 因為我需要拉到麵片長一點,才捲得靚。一個麵糰不容易拉得長,所以我用兩個麵糰,拉長一個,接住加另一個拉長,你可以試下邊個方法較方便。有好方法記得話我知呀。

    2. 哦, 原來係駁長。 會再試,再改良,好鐘意椰絲包。我的包會斜跌,冇你的豎起咁靚,最末端又會彈開。

    3. 椰絲包又香又甜真係好好吃,我經常整架。捲到最後將麵片拉爛,就會粘著冇咁易彈開喇。
